    Hey Raphael,

    In this, I can only speak for my intention. I was attracted to the photo because I thought it showed a humorous expression and expressed androgyny (albeit an over-the-top version). We see a lot of photos on here of some amazing genderqueer folk, but not so many photos that are just pure silliness, and I thought we needed one. “Cultural appropriation” was the farthest thing from my mind.
