Honey

You can call me… Honey.

I identify as… queer and butch and also kind.

As far as third-person pronouns go, … I’m down with anything, really. I’m not bothered or surprised by anything anyone uses, but I am fascinated by how I am perceived by other people. The pronouns they use to address me, or even the confusion on their face when they attempt to address me, is endearing and wonderful in itself. Mostly, I like when people ask what I would prefer as part of our introductions. This feels respectful and attentive.

I’m attracted to… Agent, my hot stud. We’re madly in love going on eight years together. We’re gay. Really gay.

When people talk about me, I want them to… hold me in the same regard that I hold them. I want people to be curious and understanding and awake.

I want people to understand… that good things come in all kinds of awesome packages. I want everyone to know that they are free to express themselves however they want to and they will be loved no matter what!

About Honey
We were playing Loaded Questions the other night (as per the usual) and the question was “What do you get fired up about?” (not in those exact words). My answer was “bicycles, the Internet, love, sex, and art.” I love Genderfork and I also have a blog at koencidence.com.
