Profile: Naomi
You can call me… Naomi.
I identify as… a genderqueer boi; more specifically, bigender or pangender. Androgynous, not butch or femme. But I rarely refer to myself as anything but a genderqueer.
As far as third-person pronouns go, … I don’t care. I’m normally referred to as she/her, since I’m not masculine enough to be mistaken for a guy, but being called he/him would be curiously awesome. I would ideally prefer ze/hir, but I feel like that’s too much to ask sometimes.
I’m attracted to… other female-bodied genderqueers, transmen, butch women, femme women, androgynous women, transwomen, androgynous men. My partner is male, but I would really like a female-bodied or female partner.
When people talk about me, I want them to… realize—without me telling them—that I am neither female nor male, but not be an asshole about it.
I want people to understand… that there are other important things about me besides my gender, but not to just discard the subject and never talk about it again, as if it was irrelevant and I’m still female in their eyes. That my gender identity is not related to genderfucking or “playing” with gender for shock value. I like performers who do this, as they disturb the foundations of the gender binary. But it’s entirely different from being genderqueer, actually having a fluid and ambiguous gender, and dealing with this in your day-to-day life.

Wow, I didn’t even know this had been posted. I actually submitted another profile just a few minutes ago. If Sarah or any of the volunteers read this, you can disregard that submission, haha.
