Hayden

You can call me… Hayden

I identify as… an asexual panromantic neutrois.

As far as third-person pronouns go, … I honestly don’t care. However, having been called “she” all my life, I would like some more male/plural/they pronoun action.

I’m attracted to… whoever catches my eye or piques my mind.

When people talk about me, I want them to… stop and think a little. I don’t care what gender they assign me as long as I confuse them, haha.

I want people to understand… that I’m not simply a flat girl.

Why not?

Someone wrote…

I dressed in drag for my work’s holiday party. My mother asked why. I asked, “why not?”

What’s your experience?

And what are you thinking about gender right now?

Miran

You can call me… miran, miranda.

I identify as… a fat queer, a fat genderqueer, a fat dyke, a fat lesbo… anything that has to do with the abject, I suppose.

As far as third-person pronouns go, … it all depends, i guess. you call me sir today, i might not mind. you call me sir tomorrow, i might cry. the same goes for man, as well. i’m sensitive.

I’m attracted to… SNP and curves… that’s about all i can say, right now. i’m not sure who i become attracted to until it happens… and usually when i think about the attraction, it makes sense.

When people talk about me, I want them to… talk about who i am rather than who they think i am or who they think i think i am– i don’t know. i’m sensitive.

I want people to understand… that i understand they’re (most) trying to understand. i guess that’s all that counts.

About Miran
i am a crazy maniac for SNP and i’m a senior at OSU majoring in women’s studies and sexuality studies. i have 2 animals of the cat variety… i hang out with my little bro a lot and just uploaded some vids of him “rollerblading”… or falling. he’s a geek like me. don’t worry, i won’t get into my nerdrom here. i don’t have enough time!

Question: About Tranny Chasers

Chris asks…

I despise the term “tranny chaser” because I am scared of being labeled as one. If I’m only (usually) attracted to people outside of the gender binary, does that make me a tranny chaser? Can I even BE a tranny chaser if I’m genderqueer myself?

Please post your response in the comments below.

For both sides.

Someone wrote…

A few weeks ago in school we had a few extra minutes in my social studies and World history class and my teacher suggested we play a quick trivia game. “Okay, boys on the right, girls on the left,” my teacher called out. Everyone divided to the left or the right but me. I stood there in the middle of the room looking very awkward as other’s eyes tried to put a label on me. People from both sides told me to join their team, but I didn’t move. The teacher whispered in my ear that I could pick whichever side I wanted to play for. I sat in the very middle of the room and played for both sides.

What’s your experience?

And what are you thinking about gender right now?

Jes

You can call me… Jes

I identify as… an oddity of effeminate masculinity. I’m 22, and straight most of the time.

As far as third-person pronouns go, … they are pretty much useless. “He” /”She” /”They” are just labels to be used by those who lack knowledge.

I’m attracted to… Beautiful women, intelligence, and every once in a while, a cute guy.

When people talk about me, I want them to… understand that just because I am feminine, it doesnt mean I am homosexual. Most people are out of gender norms anyway, and just because society deems it necessary to dictate every part of our lives, there are those of us who can give society a middle finger.

I want people to understand… we are who we are, and they have no right to change that. Keep an open mind, and try to trust.

About Jes
A senior at Towson University in Towson, Maryland. I am currently majoring in Information Systems Security, am in the Marching Band, Alliance, Drum Corps, and am a lover of all things odd. I cosplay, compete in Cod4 and Halo, and love hanging out with my ladies at the mall.

Recommendation: My Secret Friend

Zachary Bosch recommends…

This is some very lovely genderbending and cross-dressing from Chris Corner and Imogen Heap. What I especially like is that Imogen is wearing an actual, man-shaped suit. It would’ve been so easy to give her a feminised version, but they didn’t and it makes me happy :D They also gave her sideburns and everything!
And the song ain’t half bad either…

Question: Faking facial hair?

nick asks…

What do you recommend for faking facial hair? Is there any subtle way to fake sideburns, a mustache or a 5 o’clock shadow?

Taken back everything.

Someone wrote…

I wish I could do my normal cross-dressing stunts without everyone immediately thinking I’ve taken back everything I ever said about my own gender identity.

What’s your experience?

And what are you thinking about gender right now?
