As a human.

I think I’m finally starting to figure myself out. Not as a boy, not as a girl, but as a human.
What’s your experience?

:) This is quite beautiful. In the end, we may all think a bit differently, but we are all human!

We are not all human, but it is important to figure oneself, however one might identify.

I’m really curious about what you mean by ‘we are not all human’.

A lot of people identify as something/someone other than human.

“People” is erroneous. A lot of beings identify as other than human.

For years I dearly wanted to identify as elven… unfortunately I am a woman with feet of clay…

We were all human before we knew what boys and girls were. The rediscovery of this is perhaps one of the most important enlightenments one can experience.

thats funny because I’ve told the younger brother of a friend who periodically grows his hair out that if someone should insist on calling him a girl, he should insist on calling himself human and nothing more. saved him a lot of fist fights when he was a tween.
though borrowing his mom’s leather trench coat for a Halloween costume didn’t help him much. Maybe he’ll be less against mistaken gender comments later in life?
