    Hahaha I agree, though I can’t say I’ve come across that many white elderly orchestra conductors. Mine are all young and insane.
    I’m white but I’m also sorta gender deviant so I guess I’ll fit into this movement anyways! I can’t wait to be a conductor!

    That is one of the best pictures I have ever seen! I love how the face shows concentration about the music. I somewhat fit in, because I do happen to be white, and I want to be a choir director rather than one for orchestra, but I, too, am gender deviant. Let everyone prove that no one needs to be the personification of a stereotype to follow their dreams! Although, if one fits into a stereotype simply by coincidence (as opposed to being forced by another, or even oneself), that’s okay. It’s just not a prerequisite.
