If I had to take a guess, it’s a clever photo manipulation having someone’s masculine presentation high-fiving eir feminine presentation.

I did a photo years ago with me looking to the left (femme) and to the right (masc) with one neck. I love the use of the mirror – reminds me of Leon Russel tune “Magic Mirror.”
