Profile: Theo

A man with a neatly maintained goatee beard, wearing glasses and a striped shirt.

You can call me… Theo

I identify as… transgender male, trans man, ruggedly handsome.

As far as third-person pronouns go, … He/his/him is preferred. “They” or “them” are nice too. I don’t mind ze/hir either.

I’m attracted to… People. I like artists, thinkers, people that don’t accept the norm. The kind of person that gets strange looks, or say something taboo. People that don’t accept one line of thinking, and accept that everything changes.

When people talk about me, I want them to… remember who I am, not what’s in my pants. Anyone that knows me knows I care. Thats all I’m about, caring. As hard and for as long as possible.

I want people to understand… that life is all about growth and evolution. I wish people would accept more neutral terms to describe people, but more than this, I wish being trans wasn’t just a joke to so many. It’s not funny, and it shouldn’t be spoken about lightly.

About Theo
My full name is Skyler Theodor Blair Uberig. I’m a 23-year-old trans man working for the Canadian Forces (thats right, I’m a soldier) trying to figure out my place in today’s world (and grow a beard, fuck I want a beard).
