Fragrance

Someone wrote…

Today I wore a men’s fragrance (Armani Code, if you’re curious) for the first time. I met up with a girlfriend, and we exchanged our usual enormous hug. She took a deep breath, and told me I smelled good. Then, she smiled, inhaled deeply again, and said, “You smell like a BOY!” That made my day.

What’s your experience?

And what are you thinking about gender right now?

I truly understand that feeling of joy. Sometimes, simply a comment can turn your whole mood around.

Today, I went scouting/shopping with my girlfriend. I have not used anything with fragrance for a long time (perfumes about a decade ago), and I have never used male fragrances ever. Sampling “male” or neutral fragrances was a first for me. Made me feel handsome somehow.

This was my story! So glad it was shared. :D I understand how a scent can change your own perception of yourself. I am feeling more and more like myself even just using “male” scented toiletries. I’m having a blast. Happy shopping to you, dahzi.
