Packing

I’ve learned that the only time I feel at ease presenting as stereotypical “femme” is if I’m also packing.
What’s your experience?

I know what you’re talking about. I don’t pack, but I have similar experiences. I enrolled in a dance class instead of PE because of my gender identity, which might not have been the wisest thing to do. Anyway, we’re doing some petty sassy stuff, such as “chest isolations,” which is where you pretty much stick your chest out. I am surprisingly comfortable doing that when I bind – you know, I stick my chest out and it’s flat. Flat! I just can’t stop admiring how flat it appears when I bind – I have fairly large chesticles and I didn’t think I could ever look flat. They’re still there, obviously, because they’re big and I don’t bind too tightly, but the shape doesn’t look like boobs. Sorry, I got carried away…

I love this. It makes me think of how many manifestations of gender I have yet to explore. This makes so much sense to me.
