This really speaks to me. My Dad works in the logging industry, and he needs to see a few photos like this. Gender be damned, if you want the job& can do it, do it!

Absolutely! I worked in the woods for thirty years and the biggest respect I have is for a handful of women who wouldn’t take “no” for an answer and didn’t believe in the word “can’t”.

Depends where it grew. The logging industry doesn’t just willy nilly chop trees down, they understand the importance of sustainable growth. Otherwise they’d be out of jobs within 5 years. Don’t worry. They’re on the Environmental train too. People with Environmental Majors get picked up so quickly by logging companies. They need to proove they know how to do what they’re doing.
