You can call me… Emily
I identify as… Androgynous
As far as third-person pronouns go, … I don’t really mind although she and they are kind of my defaults.
I’m attracted to… Everyone although not sexually.
When people talk about me, I want them to… realize that it doesn’t matter what I wear or look like I am the same as they are
I want people to understand… that it’s alright if you make mistakes just take a step back and try again, i really don’t mind

Hi, my breasts are set very low on my chest + I bought a binder that’s just a bit too big (I’m in between sizes and I figured going big would be better and less damaging), and as such, my breasts usually … fall out of the binding area. Because of that, I usually wind up “binding down” and I’ve read that that can hurt and damage your breast tissue + it hurts my breasts.
So I was wondering, is there any way to “lift” my breasts up inside the binder so I don’t wind up binding down? I try to fix it by laying down and pulling my breasts up and towards the side while in the binder, and it lasts for a little bit until I have to move my arms/chest around too much.
Thanks!

I don’t see any reason why I should have to conform to one of the gender binaries. Gender is so much more than two “opposites.”

You can call me… Georgie or George
I identify as… pansexual and genderqueer
As far as third-person pronouns go, … well I’m not out as genderqueer to most people so I still (unfortunately) get referred to as ‘she’ or ‘her’. But I personally prefer ‘they’ :)
I’m attracted to… anyone with a cute smile :3 mostly androgynous looking people, regardless of their sex or gender identity
When people talk about me, I want them to… not immediately register me as a woman – this is not me at all.
I want people to understand… that there are more than 2 genders and that not everyone will fit into society’s narrow view of what is considered ‘feminine’ or ‘masculine’
About Georgie or George
I’m a 21 year old genderqueer person with a passion for reading and art. I’m just about to finish a degree in Psychology and once I’m done I want to travel all over the place! :D I think this world has too much of a narrow view on gender expression and sexuality, I wish that would change.

Syd asks…
I am just beginning to discover my gender identity and I’m leaning towards identifying as somewhere around gender fluid and using they/them pronouns for now (FAAB).
I requested that my closest friend use they/them pronouns for me and she swore up and down that those pronouns are plural and she can’t use them because it won’t make sense. Is there any way I can show her that my pronouns are in fact correct? Also, I have a terrible habit of calling everyone “girl” all the time, and I have so many non binary friends that it’s becoming problematic. Not to mention that I need to provide my friends with an alternative so that they stop calling me “girl” as well.
But what can I replace it with? I’m 19, so I want to keep it young and very casual without being gender biased.Any help would be so appreciated! x

Today someone asked me what I was, “gal or guy” in his words.
Quite honestly, I can’t stop laughing. I tried explaining I was somewhere in the middle, preferring male pronouns yet not being a full man. Of course, he skipped right down to the “plumbing” as they say, assuming I have a penis. I simply laughed and said I wouldn’t answer.
Perhaps he thought that specific genitalia would contribute to my queer state of mind?
