A Happier Moment

Someone wrote…

Last year, when I finally got the guts to shave off all my long hair I remember how happy and free it made me feel, and how it began to close the gap in my mind between how I looked and how I felt I should look.

What’s your experience?

And what are you thinking about gender right now?

Love it! I felt the same way when I started growing out my leg and armpit hair.

I totally share the sentiment! I cut my own hair a few months ago to a definite boy cut, and feel like this is the start of the move towards the physical ‘me’ that I know I am, that I know I should be.
Just taking that small step made all the difference for me, even if it is just a start of a journey that will take months to complete.
