To track how I feel

Someone wrote…

Sometimes I want an app to track how I feel. Do I have patterns? When my body is getting ready to expel its uterine lining, am I closer to the feminine end of the spectrum? When I’m ovulating, am I more likely to bind my chest?

I just want a slider on the my phone so I can definitively look at how I feel, instead of just… feeling it.

What’s your experience?

And what are you thinking about gender right now?

I use T2 Mood Tracker for Android. You can make your own category with sliders.

There is a really beautiful app for this that I use called Expereal. You just rate on a scale of 1-10 how you are feeling right now, and if you want you can add a location, tag, or picture. You can also set it to notify you once or more a day to ask you how you feel. I’ve noticed some interesting patterns from using it :)
