Profile: Ariel

You can call me… Ariel

I identify as… Transfeminine and Genderqueer

As far as third-person pronouns go, … They/Them/Their is strongly preffered; but I wouldn’t mind feminine pronouns if you wanna make me blush.

I’m attracted to… Women and femininity.

When people talk about me, I want them to… Get to know me and like me for who I am as a person, and to never be judged solely based on my gender.

I want people to understand… My gender is my own identity. By following the path I’m on, I’m fulfilling a healthier, happier me.

About Ariel
I’m 22-years-old and trying to find a way to feel more comfortable with myself, after spending several months questioning my gender. Though I’ve only come out to a select number of people so far, I’m hoping to soon meet with a gender therapist to learn how to come out to others, and take whatever steps are necessary for me to be happy. These steps may include a new wardrobe, legal name change, and a possibility of hormones—all to become more feminine.

I’m also an actor, writer, and director who wishes to use art as a way of not only making a living, but also to bring out the beauty of the world around us. I think we can all use a little more of that in our lives.
