I identify as… adrogyne

As far as third-person pronouns go, … you can call me “she” or “he” – either is fine.

When people talk about me, I want them to… not adjust how they speak to me based on how they perceive my gender, and realise they can talk to me the way they talk to girls and talk to me the way they talk to guys.
