Profile: Tam

You can call me… Tam

I identify as… Non-binary/agender/genderqueer

As far as third-person pronouns go, … I prefer they/them, but its not a big deal to me

I’m attracted to… I am a romantic asexual

When people talk about me, I want them to… be respectful :)

I want people to understand… That asexual pirates are not interested in their booty.

About Tam
I’m currently studying a Masters degree in Music (performance). I have completed undergrad degrees in both science and music. I obviously love music, and I love to read and write. I have a fiance and a giant wolfhound dog. I’ve known I was asexual for a long time, but have recently embraced my inherent genderqueer-ness. It’s a big relief to now relax and be who I really am, instead of constantly trying to fit in as ‘female’!

Yay more Ace community speaking up on Genderfork! We’ve had others contributing over the years, but it’s great that the trend is increasing, not decreasing :)
