Profile: Emmet

You can call me… Emmet

I identify as… Gender-fluid

As far as third-person pronouns go, … I like to be called a “he” but I understand if family and long time friends call me a “she.”

I’m attracted to… Boys

When people talk about me, I want them to… Stay true to their beliefs, not feeling obligated to apologize for messing up my pronouns, or calling me by my birth certificate name.

I want people to understand… That I don’t believe loving everyone and agreeing with them have to be mutually inclusive. You can disagree entirely with my worldview, and we can still be friends!

About Emmet
I am a 17-year-old Catholic who chooses to live a celibate lifestyle and honors traditional beliefs.

All profiles are courageous: of that there can be absolutely no doubt, for it takes great courage to admit to being one’s true self. I find this particular profile highly impressive because it is written from the heart. I feel that Emmet deserves the utmost respect – as indeed do all profilers.
