When I’m asked about my gender or sexuality it’s like being given a vicious logic puzzle.

In a bra, I feel invisible. In a binder, I feel like I can take on the world.

I have a lot of friends who use they/them or zie/hir, and that’s how I feel too! I wish I was brave enough to use them. Maybe one day…

I wish I could have who I am externally not relate to my gender, but instead to *who I am*.

I have one goal for the way I look and dress, and it has nothing to do with “masculine” or “feminine” – I just want to be able to look into the mirror every morning and smile at what I see.

Just because I am female doesn’t mean that when I wear dresses and make-up, I want to be called “she”.

As far as I’m concerned, I don’t have a gender or sexuality.
