    I am pretty sure it is actual underwear on an actual body, wearing a see-through dress. or else a clever photoshop depicting the same thing! but if you want it so bad, screenprinting on fabric is cheap & easy. :)

    Even if the undies were screened or Photoshopped, the boner would be pretty hard to fake.

    I tend to have to get up really early and as I like to be considerate to the person I live with, I tend to dress in the dark a lot. This can lead to certain unfortunate consequences. At least once I wore a lab coat all day at work.
