Gender is not Black and White

Gender is not black and white. It’s as diverse and as beautiful as the many colors along the coral reefs of Hawaii and amongst the flower fields in Holland or in the temples in India. There is so much beauty in all of us.
What’s your experience?

It is also true that everyone is their own ocean or a continent – gender is but a tiny part of a bigger picture.
It may seem, standing by the shore, that the ocean is defined by the shore, but you’ll never understand the ocean by just looking at the surf rolling into the land. The whole world has colors.
It may seem, standing in the field or by the temple, that the flowers or the temples are the single important feature of the landscape, but there are so many different perspectives, so many other ways to understand life and the moment and they all have beauty.

My favorite line is “There is so much beauty in all of us. ” I absolutely love this.
