Take on whatever gender I want.

Someone wrote…

I consider myself fully and completely femme girl, but part of my gender is my need to affirm to myself that I can take on whatever gender I want, should I ever want to. I can’t remember ever having felt male, even briefly, but it’s important to me to know that I could be boyish if I wanted to. So, a gender-illustrative outfit for me would be a pair of shorts with suspenders, a fitted T-shirt, a cute hat, smooth bare legs, and high heels. It says, “I am very much a girl, as you can plainly see, but it’s still okay for me to steal clothes from the boys whenever I want.”

    Oh god, I love this.
    I wanna be able to be a femme girl just like you.
    Not to sound creepy or anything..
    But I want to be able to choose, take on, whatever gender I want, too, without it being considered any less real or valid. And yet still be a femme girl. Woman.
