Drake adds, “Really, this was inspired by lyrics from a song called ‘Blind Man’ by Black Stone Cherry. I feel my photo represents how lots of genderqueer/transgendered/genderanything folks have to hide it from people, be it the public, their family, their coworkers, etcetera. I think it’s sad that so many people are so unaccepting, and that we often have to hide.”
