    My gender is a very private thing, a small rabbit with whom I go for occasional walks in public, but mostly she sits in my lap and I feel the warmth and soft fur while I do the other things that constitute my life.

    If only we could all be so lucky as to have such tame genders! If my gender were an animal, it would be one of those loud toucans that has been trained to screech swear words at innocent passerby’s.
