Comfortable

Someone wrote…

I feel so comfortable wearing a binder and a skirt.

What’s your experience?

And what are you thinking about gender right now?

Isn’t it fun to mess with people’s assumptions? I personally enjoy binding, dressing up in men’s formal wear, and then going to a coffee shop to crochet and drink tea. Oh how people’s heads turn! Be who you are; people might stare but when you’re being true to yourself, it’s easier to smile back.

I bind and dress in male clothing then wear makeup, sometimes jewelry. Being yourself is the way to go… no matter how contradicting society may see it.

I am comfortable when I bind, look more masculine than feminine. I feel respected when I’m called by male pronouns or “they” pronouns. I get stared at and I don’t care, yet when its my parents or someone I know, it gets to my head.
