Stranded Between Genders

I feel stranded between genders. Biologically female, behaviorally much less so. I get respect from neither butch nor femme.

You can call me… Kaden
I identify as… a non gender, genderqueer, FtM Transgender. I’m a very very confusing person.
As far as third-person pronouns go, … They, or He.
I’m attracted to… basically everyone. From super Feminine men to super masculine women and everyone in between. Someone who is non conforming to gender. I love MTF and FTM :)
When people talk about me, I want them to… be themselves and genuine.
I want people to understand… that gender is really important to me and is okay with my flip-flopping cause I do that a lot. Being themselves is the best thing anyone can do.
About Kaden
I’m a very confusing person. Identify as FtM, genderqueer, and non gender. I’m a college freshmen studying psychology hoping to become and LGBT therapist. I’m very passionate about music. I play tenor sax and bass clarinet. Art is another passion of mine. I’m a amateur at photography and love creating gender expression breaking the boundaries of gender.

I’m not gender dysphoric, I’m gender euphoric!

You can call me… Mari.
I identify as… neutrois asexual.
As far as third-person pronouns go, … I prefer they/them/their but female are tolerable.
I’m attracted to… intelligence, humor, and witty males.
When people talk about me, I want them to… see me for who I really am.
I want people to understand… that everyone doesn’t fit neatly into the main categories.

The world looks at me and sees a cisgendered heterosexual, but in reality, I’m neither. If anyone bothered to ask, they’d know.

You can call me… Rina, Keena, Carina… even ‘hey you!’ if you’d like.
I identify as… a nerdy girl who is often mistaken for a young boy and quite enjoys being called ‘young man’.
As far as third-person pronouns go, … I normally get female ones from people who actually realize that yes, those are boobs sticking out from my chest.
I’m attracted to… People who are easy-going, and things generally on the feminine side of the gender spectrum. But if you’re a nerdy boy, I will probably find you quite handsome.
When people talk about me, I want them to… be their own goofy selves.
I want people to understand… that it’s okay to be mistaken for the other gender, and not to be embarrassed if you call me a young man. Just because my parents like to correct you doesn’t mean that I’m offended.
About Rina
I’m fourteen years old and starting tenth grade. I’m saving up to go to art school when the time comes… in the meantime, I’ll just stick to playing Pokemon.

Just because I am a heterosexual male who self-identifies as a man, doesn’t mean that everyone else has to do the same.
What’s your experience?
You can call me… Happy
I identify as… an XX – whilst accepting every possible real or imaginary masculine aspect of my personality and appearance. Phew.
As far as third-person pronouns go, … I am a firm believer in ‘they’ singular and am dying to meet someone who I can ask “what pronoun do you prefer me use?”
I’m attracted to… aesthically: my man-friend; FTM transgender or transexuals; hairy men with beards; skinny androgynous boys; men who have in the past experimented with both sexes but prefer females…
intellectually: my man-friend (fortunately!); lovers of poetry and classic literature; a beautiful gravelly voice; artists, pro-feminists, pro-masculinists…
When people talk about me, I want them to… say nice things and mean it.
I want people to understand… that one can have punk hair without having to scare old ladies, be vegan without being weird, be feminine without having to be girly, be masculine without being violent, be feminist without hating men.
Oh, and that a smile is the most beautiful thing… except when taking arty photos of course :P
About Happy
I study at University in the UK (yes, I am British and I would spell ‘realize’ with an ‘s’).
I am also a veg*an feminist with a hippy side who wakes up with either a 1950s banana-quiff or a 1978 punk-mohawk.

“Just a picture of me posing in drag. Still perfecting the art, but I’m slowly getting there.
Although I’ve only recently started, I’ve already received hateful things said about me because I do what I do, but that’s always going to be how it is, and all I can do is just keep being me.”

Memories of being a different gender are wonderful, as long as I don’t have to deal with the past.

I don’t know if I’m male. I don’t know if I’m genderqueer. (I don’t know if I might be both). I don’t know how I identify. I don’t know if how I feel is normal. I don’t much care.
I just know that when an electronic form tells me to ‘choose a gender’, I get the overwhelming urge to tell it to fuck off.
